I have had the EG Milan for about 1 month, maybe 15 rides and 10 battery charges. I am 6 foot and weigh 240 pounds. I use the bike for a five mile (one-way) commute, with occasional side trips. I got the Milan (as opposed to the EG Le Mans) for the front shock that allows me to get off pavement when traffic is very heavy.

Using the thumb throttle, and operating at maximum power with top speed of about 20 mph, I would estimate the range is about 15 miles. In pedal assist modes and on level ground, the speeds are as follows, low = 12 mph, medium = 16 miles, high = 20 mph. On up hills, speed falls on up hills and power usage increases significantly. You can significantly extend the operating range by pedaling on the up hills. Operating in medium power pedal assist mode, the range is about 25 miles.
